All our offerings — including publishing, editing, design, marketing, and distribution services — are customized and labor-intensive. Once a project has commenced, resources and time are allocated to your order. Therefore, refunds are limited and granted only under specific conditions.
2. Eligibility for Refunds

- The project has not yet been started, and no resources or design drafts have been assigned.
- The client has made a duplicate payment by mistake.
- A technical error on our part results in non-delivery of the agreed service.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

- For marketing campaigns, as these involve non-recoverable third-party costs.
4. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 10–15 business days.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method only.
- Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted from the total refund amount.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation of a project within 24 hours of payment if work has not yet started. After that window, cancellation may not be possible depending on project progress.
